Here are some of the ways Levi assists our guests and helps to provide a true 5-star home-from-home experience:
Pre-Arrival and Arrival Welcome
Before arrival, Levi contacts all guests to ensure they have all the details they need, including confirming the apartment address and contact details to allow for a smooth journey and check-in. Levi meets all of our guests upon arrival, to give them a warm Celador Apartments welcome. Following the welcome, Levi shows guests to their new apartment where they will receive a tour, including how to use any appliances and answer all questions they may have.
Throughout Your Stay
Levi’s work does not end there. He is on hand and contactable by all guests throughout their stay, whether that be assistance in regards to the apartment or local area advice. Being local to Reading, he is the ideal “go-to” man for anything, from advising on where to get a great pizza to recommending a good Estate Agent - Levi really does know everything!
Pre-departure and Checkout
Prior to departure, Levi speaks to guests to make arrangements for a convenient checkout. In some cases, this may involve assisting guests with finding their next stay after Celador Apartments. If there is anything he can do to help with their return or onward journey he is always happy to oblige.
Like the rest of the Celador Apartments’ team, Levi genuinely loves what he does and this is clearly demonstrated in the amazing reviews we receive from so many delighted guests – many of which specifically mention his amazing service! Take a look at our
